That’s Some Good Eatin’

How’d I lose 6 pounds my first week?  I did it by eating three square meals a day, including a healthy breakfast, fast food or leftovers for lunch, as well as a huge southern dinner complete with meat and veggies.

With this so-called diet, I’m also able to eat out several times a week. A few things I’ve ordered includes:

* Mushroom Jack Fajitas from Chili’s (700 calories)
* Hamburgers from McDonalds (2 for lunch, 500 calories total)
* Funk Meister tacos from Moe’s Grill (2 for lunch, 420 calories total)

As you can see, this isn’t rabbit food. Take a look what I’ve eaten at home for breakfast the past week:

* Cinnamon Oatmal w/ banana
* Huge Pancakes (x3)
* Honey Nut Cheerios w/ wheat toast and strawberry jelly

Pretty good. But it gets better — check out a few of my dinners from this past week:

* Rotisserie chicken w/ corn and green beans
* Meatloaf w/ corn and mash potatoes
* Spaghetti w/ two slices of buttered wheat toast
* Tacos w/ beef, lettuce, tomato, onions, and shredded cheese

I know I have a lot of starches, but they’re staying for now. I like corn too much.
