I had an incredibly sloppy weekend (shrimp po’ boy, anyone?), so I’m very pleased with this week’s weigh-in. We’re almost into the teens which is amazing; even more amazing, 20 more pounds and I’ll be under 300 pounds.
By increasing intensity at the gym for the next several weeks, I reckon I’ll be walking into the post office on tax day at 300 pounds or less. Sadly, I have to mail Uncle Sam his ridiculously large portion of my income, but at least I’ll be able to weigh myself on a regular scale when I get home.
How’s that for a positive outlook on life?
