Wendy’s Grilled Chicken & Chili

Wanted a quick lunch; got a Wendy’s grilled chicken sandwich and a small chili.

The chili is 180 calories.  The sandwich is 300, but that’s with the mayo and buns — you should definitely order it without mayo.  I also opted to take the top bun off and just eat it with the bottom bun;  it’s still easy to eat and tastes great.

If you just wanted a fast piece of grilled chicken, you could always order the sandwich with nothing on it and simply throw the bread away.  I reckon the chicken tastes fine by itself, it’s plump and has quite a few zesty spices.  Yum.

That’s how I eat my grilled chicken sandwich from Wendy’s. I throw the bun away. Chicken tastes good alone.
