You are very much right when you make the realization that just as new mothers may need some me-time alone, new fathers do as well.

Carve out that time now, since its just going to get more difficult with finding me-time if you are an active parent. I lost control of my schedule and its been difficult to get back into one.

Hope you are measuring your blood pressure as well.</description>

		<description>new clothes are so much fun!  although I did have pangs of guilt when getting rid of my old clothes... some pieces were quite cherrished.  But they went to a thrift store to support a charity I support, so I felt a little better.
