Restaurant Nutritional Data

March 8, 2009 | Diet & Nutrition

Before I go to a new restaurant, I do a few minutes of research online to see the restaurant’s selection of low-calorie foods. It’s annoying to search endlessly for nutritional information when it a) may be not exist or b) is extremely well hidden on a restaurant’s site.  I run into both instances fairly often.

So, I wanted to save myself (and you) some time.  Next time you go out to eat, simply refer back to this page.  If you don’t see a nutritional page for a restaurant, it doesn’t necessarily mean they don’t have one;  I just haven’t found it yet.

I noticed Outback wasn’t on here… so I searched and realized I can’t find it either. I Don’t think they have one.
