I noticed that you said don&#039;t watch TV. I agree, TV is terrible, but if you do want to watch TV, how about not sitting around while you do it? Keep moving, that&#039;s the key, so what I&#039;ve done in the past is created a small step up out of whatever I have that can support me and do stair steps while I am watching... or maybe do some lunges, or stretching, or basically anything to actually move around rather than sit there like a sack of potatoes</description>
