I am actually already down about 30 pounds from my high of 354 pounds, just 114 pounds to go to get to my goal of 210. Plan to be there within a year.

Did you try to go with a little weight training?  I hear it burns calories pretty eficiently, but it might cut into your weight loss as you will gain muscle mass.</description>

Seeing your intensity and determination certainly helps me with my own workout. You want to lose 100 pounds, and I want to run 26.2 miles. You&#039;re working hard and seeing (frankly awesome) results, so it&#039;s time for me to step it up.
