Week 15: Weigh-in Results

May 6, 2009

15 weeks.  Seems like such a long time ago, doesn’t it?

272-poundsMay 06 weight:  272.8
April 29 weight: 275.8
April 22 weight: 279.6
April 15 weight: 283.6
April 08 weight: 289

I’ve lost 3 pounds in the last 7 days and 71.4 pounds in 15 weeks.  To check out my entire 15 week weight loss progress, click here.

That gut is shrinking…

If I can lose at least 3 pounds a week every week until my birthday (July 26), that’ll equal to another 33 pounds lost over the next 11 weeks.  That’ll mean I would have lost 100 pounds in just under 7 months.

I could (literally) live with that.

Can’t argue with those results. Looks like your diet and body have regulated and it’s getting more consistent. Although I would imagine as you get closer to 100 you might see the amount per week decrease some more as your body won’t have as much to drop.

Although if history is any indication you’ll do a few challenge workouts to help offset.

Have you noticed any day to day improvements in things like energy, sleep, things like that?

Keep it up bro. I’m gonna echo Juncti on the question about “Have you noticed any day to day improvements in things like energy, sleep, things like that?”

I’m interested to know how you are feeling overall.

See, Tyler? There’s that question again! The people want to know! But seriously, you deserve kudos for your consistency. Your weekly numbers really haven’t dwindled, and that says a great deal for your determination. I think it’s fantastic, but more importantly (from my perspective, at least) it’s inspiring. Thank you for being a motivating factor!

Oh, sure! I tell you you’re doing great and that you’re inspiring, but all you notice is the teeny tiny bossy part! It’s ok…I’ll own it. Now get crackin’, boy!

Tyler, cant thank you enough for this blog, it is huge to me. How amazing is it to think that when you hit your goal of 100 pounds you will not have another 100 pounds to lose?! Thanks for documenting this journey, it is amazing and inspiring me to start one of my own.

Thanks

Just wanted to say happy soon birthday! We share the Leo sign on the 26th! whoo hooo* Ive been reading your blogs for the past two days and I’ve gone from January 2009-this post so far and I am nothing less than completely motivated by you. I started my serious journey of eating healthier and moving my butt more two days ago (after having my baby and reaching 290 lbs last September). I am currently at 265 lbs since losing some of the “baby weight” since then. Thanks again for this inspiration!!
