I gotta agree on the calorie counting. I use the notepad function on my Blackberry to keep a daily running total, and some days it gets pretty annoying when I&#039;m busy. But a few months ago I decided to keep the tally in my head as well, and my dieting got really, really bad. There&#039;s always something more reinforcing about seeing it written down somewhere as you go.</description>
