5 PM: spaghetti (2 heaping cups) w/ garlic bread = 725
Wednesday | 1,845 calories
6 AM: scrambled eggs (3), bacon (2 slices), toast (2 pieces) with jelly = 420
12 PM: leftover spaghetti (2 heaping cups) w/ garlic bread = 725
6 PM: chicken alfredo pasta (2 heaping cups) = 700
Thursday | 1,730 calories
6 AM: Honey Nut Cheerios, milk (1%) = 250

That’s some good ‘health’ food. That chicken looks gooood too, what kind of spices did you put on it?

I really think you should eat more fruits and vegetables during the day. Your diet is really lacking them. Are you taking a multi-vitamin at the very least?

I agree with Christy! Try to add in more veggies and fruit. For example, you can always throw in some spinach or broccoli into your pasta dishes. It will fill you up a lot faster, if you get some more fiber into your diet.
I know this is an old entry but you are seriously underestimating calories here. For example Monday’s breakfest is 200 x 2 for the cereal + 190 for the granola bar = 590, not 405.
