		<description>I know this is an old entry but you are seriously underestimating calories here. For example Monday&#039;s breakfest is 200 x 2 for the cereal + 190 for the granola bar = 590, not 405.</description>

		<description>I agree with Christy! Try to add in more veggies and fruit. For example, you can always throw in some spinach or broccoli into your pasta dishes. It will fill you up a lot faster, if you get some more fiber into your diet.</description>
