We’re six weeks away from the first anniversary of this weight loss journey, yet still 15.8 pounds away from breaching under 200 pounds.
December 9 weight: 215.8
December 2 weight: 218.4
November 25 weight: 215.6
November 18 weight: 217.2
November 11 weight: 218.6

Mark your calendars: January 20th will be the one year weigh-in. It’ll mark the end of what I’m going to call Act I, a year which saw me completely change my life and earn the ability to live another 25+ years.
What’s after that? Act II, naturally.
While the holiday rush has kept posts few and far between lately, you can expect for them to pick up again after New Years and continue through the beginning (and duration) of Act II. I’ll talk more about my plans and goals for 2010 and Act II as it approaches — many new, big things and changes to come.
For now, let’s hope it’s all downhill from here.

I wish I could breakthrough. I’ve lost like 15 pounds in 4 months or something ridiculous. I’m afraid to look at my Progress Chart to actually find the hard numbers.

BTW, how’s the running plan going?
I can’t seem to run more than 6 or 7 minutes at 6 MPH. I don’t seem to have the attention span.

Yessir, I’m just keep the “holiday days” to a minimum. I will eat freely on Christmas Eve, Christmas, and then New Years Eve and Jan 1st , but after that it should be smoothing running.
