		<description>I am glad that you like the max incline. No doubt it does burn faster. But I am not into pain. I walk on treadmill at 4 mph for one hour, and I try to enjoy it.  I am into pleasure and still am losing weight:-)</description>

		<description>Tyler-  My challenge to you is to try Bikram Yoga.  Please, please do not laugh or scoff!  If you are looking for something to jumpstart your workout routine this is it, that is if you can take it.  I challenge you to attend just one Bikram Yoga class and see if it is not an interval workout like any other!  We all have an ego and that gets checked at the door once you attend one of these classes.  Actually my challenge to you is to try ten Bikram Yoga sessions.  You will be amazed!  This is the best kept secret to jump start any workout routine.

I noticed you lived in Columbia and did some light research to see if there is a Bikram studio in your area. I had some luck but you would be able to do better.  One word of warning, do not go to any imitator studios, they may call themselves hot yoga but your best bet is to find a certified Bikram studio.  I do not own a studio nor do I have any vested interest in making this recommendation to you.  The only investment you will probably have to make is paying for the class.  You will need a mat (which you can rent from the studio), a towel from home and LOTS of water.  I hope you are sincere in accepting challenges, because this one is like no other.  Please let me know if you get this message and if you accept my challenge and then let me know when you find a studio and go to your first class.  Good Luck!</description>
