I&#039;d never even considered using the elliptical before I found your blog. I&#039;ve been dialing the resistance up once per workout trying to find where I need to really work at it. I&#039;m sure you tire of hearing that you&#039;re an inspiration, but you are. I wish I&#039;d noticed this blog earlier and gotten on the bandwagon.

Now...off to the gym.</description>

		<description>You are such a motivator! I have been working on this journey since 9/07 after attending the ING NYC marathon as a spectator to friends that were running. IT was highly motivating. I lost about 50 my 1st 5 months then it slowed down because I slowed down on keeping track of my food, counting the calories etc. 73 lbs thus far with 100 more to go. Back to writing it all down and more cardio!</description>
