I lost 144.4 pounds in 67 weeks between Jan 2009 and May 2010. I am currently taking a break from weighing myself until July 21. Want previous stats? Check out my entire 72 week weight loss progress.
I’m not happy with the loose skin and lack of definition at all, but I’m very happy with the progress being made. I can tell from these progress pictures that I am building muscles and giving my body definition.
I changed my body once before and I will slowly and methodically do it again.
Not that I’d recommend this (or like it!), but if you wanted to leave the blog until next June or so you would see a completely different person when you came back. I’ll probably only be about 10-15 pounds lighter this time next year, but my body composition will be completely different.
