The loose skin is showing signs of becoming more taut, as well… you’re definitely starting to tighten up.

Dude, I *totally* see a difference! You should try to figure out a way to put the progress photos in an electronic “flip book” format…that’ll really highlight the progress!
Oops, clearly I need to read the other comments before I write mine, I’m not the first person to have this idea obviously!
I only weigh-in once a month and measure once a month. This month I didn’t see much of a change. No weight loss, but I lost between 1/2 an inch and 1 inch around my thighs/chest/waist.
I think this is the best week for your muscle improvements yet, IMO. Great job!!
I’m feeling stronger in my shoulders and arms – I’ve been on crutches for 3 weeks with a broken ankle and between the crutching and some free weight work, I’m using this time to do some upper body work.
