Take a look back at my entire weight loss journey by checking out progress for the past 88 weeks. Also, see how I’ve changed in my weight loss pictures.

While it’s nice to lose 4 pounds, I’ll obviously regain some as my diet gets back to normal. And while some may think that diarrhea and vomiting might just be your next step to your goal weight, I wouldn’t recommend it.
Training and dieting has been non-existent this week.
Calories Consumed
From Thursday of last week ending late Sunday I consumed very little calories, mere hundreds. My last meal on Thursday was a roast beef sandwich at lunch, and I had probably had 1,400 calories or so before I began vomiting after work. Once I went to sleep that Thursday, I basically didn’t wake up much to function until Saturday, at which point I had zero appetite.
I didn’t have my first real, solid meal again until Sunday night.
My diet is about back to normal now (protein shake, veggies, fruits, Chipotle, etc) and will be still hovering around 2,100 calories as the week continues.
Calories Burned
Puking and diarrhea burns calories, right?
My first trip back to the gym since the weigh-in last Wednesday was last night (Tuesday). Aside from that, I haven’t done any physical exercise, except for running back and forth to the bathroom, since Wednesday of last week.
I’m well rested and fired up for the rest of the week.

Thats a big loss for one week, and boy I like how those muscles are developing. That stomach will correct itself in due time.
The last big case of food poisoning I had a few years ago came in the form of a roast beef sandwich. I haven’t been back to that chain for one since. Good to hear you are better and getting back into the swing of things. And by the looks of it, you are still making great progress.
Ugh! Sorry you’ve been sick.
“I’m just one stomach flu away from my goal weight!”
Hope you are on the mend and back to your routine soon.
I am from North Carolina – this next month a get time to workout outdoors – bust a move!
I haven’t lived in the US in 12 years – but I remember the amazing weather in October. My honest opinion is take it to the park – put the machines on stand by.
