Counting Calories
I grazed at a Christmas party on Sunday, but still probably managed to eat only 2,500-2,600 calories. I had roughly the same amount of calories on Tuesday, as I met my wife and daughter for Mexican food for lunch.
I’m all for eating healthy, but sometimes I like to let go with family. Unlike when I was 344 pounds though, I don’t stuff myself stupid when I go eat things like Mexican, which is half the battle.
You can eat what you want most of the time in moderation.
Burning Calories
Nothing new to report. I’m at the gym from 5:30 to 6:30 AM with 45 minutes of weight lifting and 15 of cardio on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with 60 minutes of cardio on Wednesday.
It’s time to go start those 60 minutes… and start getting ready for week 101.

Holy crap man, I’m starting to see your ribs/upper stomach area stick out… it’ll take a while, but you’re going to shed all that fat and the loose skin I don’t imagine will be that tough for you. It’ll be noticeable yeah but you’ll still look ripped. Keep going strong!!!
Yeah, I’m starting to see it too. It’s amazing, ain’t it?
OH YEAH!!! WEEK 100. CONGRATS TYLER!
