Counting calories, going to the gym five days a week, writing a book, going to work, getting six of hours of sleep a night, rinse and repeat for the next 534,915 days.

Weekly Progress (#131)
Weekly transformation posts (weigh-ins) will be changing starting next week, in part due to the suggestions I requested a couple of months ago. Make sure to stop by and see all the new additions next Wednesday.
I’ve been recovering from last week over the past several days. I took a week off of work to celebrate my 26th birthday as well as my anniversary — I don’t feel the slightest bit guilty in indulging. It was a great week with friends and family.
Many good meals were had, but it’s time to get focused again. I’ve got a book to finish and put on bookshelves, another 10-20 pounds of fat to lose, and lives to change.
