One more week of seeing this kitchen and then it’s time to say goodbye.
Today’s Weight: 197.4 pounds, –0.2 pounds from last Wednesday (146.8 pounds lost)

Average Daily Calories for the Last 7 Days: 2,100
Most Calories in One Meal: My little girl was out of town last weekend, so my wife and I visited one of the nearest sit down restaurants we could find to enjoy ourselves. We chose Outback, a fan favorite, which is where I opted to eat my largest meal of the week. I ordered a grilled chicken covered with mushrooms and cheese with a baked potato and house salad accompanying it. I put ranch on that sucker, too. Just a little, though.
If I had decided to count calories during this meal at Outback, I would’ve found myself eating around a thousand calories. I didn’t count though, so the meal didn’t count.
Most Calories Burned in One Session: Packing and cleaning. Calories burned? A lot.

Closing date is still on schedule for Feb 17th. My first (and maybe last?) house purchase will be coming to a close in a little over a week. Life is stressful right now with the final demands from the lender (urine sample, blood sample, etc), packing, acquiring new services, utilities, etc for the new house and coordinating final touches with the builder.
I’ll consider myself carefree on February 18th, but until then I’m still going to the gym and focused on the task at hand: changing my life. I hope you are, too.
