I wasn’t on my game this week. In case you haven’t noticed, I’ve been spending a lot of time to writin’ (not fixing typos or grammatical errors, of course!) and workin’ on the blog. I’ve been sleeping about 5 hours a night.
I love working on the blog, but the free time isn’t coming from the sky.

Today’s weight: 209.8 pounds
Weight lost/gained since last Friday: + 1.2 pound(s)
Total weight loss since January 2009: 134.4 pounds

I’ll make sure to get some extra sleep next week and get focused again on moving the scale downward. You won’t see a gain next Friday.
Weak week aside, I know some weight gain this morning can probably be attributed to the large celebratory meal my wife and I had last night.
We found out yesterday our second child will be a boy.
