Total weight loss since January 2009: 135.8 pounds

As you might notice, I’m wearing clothes. That’s pretty unusual.
Many of the e-mails I’ve received over the last couple of days requested an updated “normal” progress picture, normal meaning what I look like in public (with clothes on). Well, this is how I looked yesterday at the mall.
Losing 135 pounds changes things.
