The response I received from my How to Become a Better Man post was pretty overwhelming, so I decided to leave it at the top of the blog for an extra day (and forgo posting on Thursday). I’ll probably do that for larger posts in the future.
Until then, here’s an exciting picture of my back:

Today’s weight: 207.4 pounds = -0.2 pound(s) lost since last Friday.
Total weight lost since January 2009: 136.8 pounds

Too much Olive Garden (chicken alfredo) last night equals a small loss today.
I’ve officially decided to start back at the gym next week. I’ll still do cardio at home, but I’ll head to the gym before work and start lifting heavy weights again. My new gym may not be what I was accustomed to at my old house, but it’ll have to do.
If I can be vain for a second, I’d love to have a bigger biceps.
I’m willing to put the work in to get them.
