I’ve missed the gym.

5 am Gym Workouts at 5 in the Morning

After several intense workouts, it’s safe to say my shoulder is 100% again.  I’ve sold most of my home gym equipment, so there’s no turning back.

I’m back in the gym for good for 45 minutes a day, 5 days a week.  I’m in the parking lot when the doors open and am out the door by 5:45.  I’m efficient.

Let’s lose a few pounds in September, shall we?
