I’m really busy wrapping up the finishing touches for the book — sorry for skipping week 189. Only 3 posts will be published a week (probably Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) until it’s out. I might throw in the occasional Saturday post, though.
Today’s weight: 213.8 pounds
Total weight lost since January 2009: 130.4 pounds

Burning and counting calories are going smoothly. I’m eating an average of 2,100 calories a day and putting a solid 45 minute workout in before work (weights and cardio) along with a little cardio in the driveway with my little girl in the afternoon.

I’ve never been more focused as I am right now. Counting calories is getting tons of attention lately and will continue to do so over the next several years.
I’m ready for it. I want to help people lose weight by counting calories.
