Weigh-in Results – Week 192
Want to lose weight? My story has been featured on CBS' The Doctors, CNN, and The Huffington Post. Learn how I lost over 125 pounds (100lbs in 6 months!) by clicking here.
Ever just get lost going back through old blog posts? I’ve published about 700 as of today. I love stumbling upon random old weigh-in results and being amazed:

Today’s weight: 212.6 pounds | -0.4 since last Friday
Total weight loss progress since January 2009: 131.6 pounds
Physical activity over the last week (a snapshot from an average day):

(Fitbit provided the information and graphics above. Fitbit is a gadget that monitors your physical activity and tells you how many calories you burn on a daily basis.)
I’ve got to find a way to stay focused at night and on the weekends — my calorie deficit is always looking good until about Friday at 8 PM. While I’m still making progress (the pictures speak for themselves), I could probably be losing 1-2 pounds a week if I could keep a solid calorie deficit 6-7 days a week. By solid, I mean a day with no more than 2,100 calories, a day void of any late night snacking and the additional 200, 300, or 400+ calories that goes along with it.
I know I’m not alone — most people struggle with nights and weekends.
I’m going to take a stand over the next seven days. I’m taking a stand for you, as well as myself and my desire to lose 150 pounds. I have 18 pounds to lose.
Let’s see what 2,100 calories a day willpower brings us next Friday.
