Weigh-in Results – Week 193

Last Friday’s goal of eating less than 2,100 calories a day was accomplished.  This whole counting calories business seems to work — maybe I should keep doing it.

Yeah, I think I’ll keep doing it.  17.2 pounds to go to reach 150 pounds lost.
