Weigh-in Results – Week 195

I’ve lost weight for the last four weeks in a row.  That’s good.  You know what else is good?  I can see my shoulders becoming a little bit more defined.  Here, look-see:

Knee is fixed.  It’s gradually gotten better over the last couple of weeks and it’ll be nice to use it again this weekend.   It’ll be nice to do some serious cardio again.

2,100 calories a day will be the game plan today, tomorrow, and a month from today.  It’s boring, but it works.  It’s how I’ll (finally) reach my goal of 194 pounds.
