Weigh-in Results – Week 199
Thanksgiving caused a little damage, but nothing that shouldn’t be erased by next Friday. Here are I am today, some 199 weeks after I first started losing weight:
Today’s weight: 209 pounds | +0.6 pound(s) since last Friday
Total weight loss progress since January 2009: 135.2 pounds
Physical activity over the last week (a snapshot from an average day):
I’m now using this to track my daily physical activity.
The main difference between the Fitbit One I recently received from Fitbit and the original Fitbit Ultra (which is what I used prior to the One) is the silent alarm located in the Fitbit One. The Fitbit One also syncs via Bluetooth devices like iPhones and iPads unlike the Ultra, and the One also is said to be resistent to moisture.
In fairness, even though the Fitbit Ultra isn’t marketed as water resistent, it seems to do very well in that category, as well.
Hopefully I can generate some sweat this week and test Fitbit One’s claims. It’s easy to eat a few too many sweets this time of year and get a little lethargic — I want to avoid that rut as much as possible.
