Aaron Lost 141 Pounds by Counting Calories
Aaron has been reading 344 Pounds for a few years and has lost weight alongside me. He’s lost 141 pounds as of today and is looking to lose even more weight.
I have emailed you a couple of times before to tell you of my progress so I thought I would again. When I first emailed you 2-3 years ago I was around 340 pounds and just starting my journey. I was terrified and looking anywhere I could for motivation, I found that in you. To recap my progress when I started my personal journey to health I was 19, just starting college, and 346+ pounds.
I knew that I had to lose the weight but I knew that I had to do it one way or the other. I simple reduced caloric intake, increased activity level, and gradual the weight came off. I am now 22 years old, 205 lbs (141 lbs down), and currently studying to become a fitness trainer so that I can help other do what we have done.
I, like you, just want to show people that regardless of your starting point you can do amazing things if you just start working hard and keep doing so.
I am about 35 pounds from my long term goal, and I constantly push myself now by motivating myself, thank you for giving me the kick I needed to start. I am attaching a photo of my starting point, and current point.
Unrecognizable, isn’t he?
