I haven’t had much time to make myself a real breakfast (cooking, you know?) for a while, but I can’t tell you how much of a difference it made switching the kid’s cereal for the breakfast with eggs, bacon, and biscuits. I didn’t get hungry nearly as quickly Thursday morning as I did Tuesday. I also had more energy.
