Spring is here. Ah, the smell of flowers blooming. The sight of cold tourists escaping to South Carolina to defrost at our beaches. The feel of the cool leather from my Rainbow sandals on my feet.
And of course, the sound of a new workout playlist.
I’ve collected a lot of these workout playlists over the past year and amassed a huge collection of songs for the entire family. Well, perhaps if your family consists of angry 17-year old white kids from the suburbs.

What’s on your workout playlist this spring?
I’ve been pretty busy over the last several days — my wife and I went out of town and I’m still working on something big. Life is hectic right now and in times like these it’s so easy for workouts to have the life sucked out of them.
Nothing keeps the blood flowing like a strong, upbeat workout playlist.

What are some more great workout songs?
I haven’t posted my workout playlist in over a couple of months. Not much has changed as far as genres — rock, rap, and alternative — everything an angry 13-year old suburban kid has on his iPod.

Music is the focus of my workouts. Some people watch television, chat with a workout buddy, etc., but I’m engulfed in my music. I turn my iPod’s volume to about 95% and let the fast, angry music fuel my workouts. I’m the sweet, funny guy when I get back home with my family. Not at the gym.
What’s on your workout playlist? What songs should I add?
