Progress
I weighed 344.2 pounds in early 2009. Once I began exercising and counting calories I lost 100 pounds within the first 6 months and eventually stepped on the scale at 199.8 pounds in May 2010, losing 145 pounds in 17 months.
I completely changed the way I look (view my before and after pictures) and no longer suffer from sleep apnea, angina, or high blood pressure.

Going forward I’m less focused on the scale and more so on building muscle and being/living healthy. I occasionally enter races, sports leagues, and other activities and competitions that require physical fitness and training to help me stay focused on staying in shape and living a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
